Plain English. What cookies we use, why we use them, and how to switch them off.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between visits (like preferences) and help us understand how it's being used. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional.
We follow the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. We only set non-essential cookies if you've given us consent via the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

If you click Accept All in the cookie banner, we may set basic analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are popular and how visitors find us. Currently the site does not set any third-party analytics cookies until they are formally added; this section will be updated when they are. Typical analytics cookies, when enabled, will include:
| Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (planned) | Aggregate, anonymised usage stats — pages viewed, sessions, source. | Up to 14 months |
We do not use ad-tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare/Font Awesome. These services may set cookies of their own. Where possible we self-host or use cookie-less endpoints. If you've rejected optional cookies, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
We may update this policy as the service evolves or as the law changes. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or via email if you're an account holder.
