CREATE Reviews is operated by CREATE, run as a sole trader from Tiverton, Devon, United Kingdom.
These Terms govern your use of the CREATE Reviews service (the "Service") and the website at createreviews.uk (the "Site"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is intended for businesses based in the UK and elsewhere that wish to manage and grow their online reviews. By signing up you confirm you are authorised to enter into a contract on behalf of your business and are at least 18 years old.
CREATE Reviews provides:
Custom integrations may be added during your subscription, included in your fee, subject to feasibility.
Our subscription is £14.99 per month or £149.99 per year, both inclusive of UK VAT. Fees are payable in advance — monthly or annually — via our payment provider, Stripe. We may change our pricing from time to time; any change will not affect your current billing term.
Annual subscribers receive 12 months of service for the price of 10 monthly payments (a saving of approximately 16%).
If you do not receive at least one review within the first 30 days of going live, you may cancel and we will refund your full payment, no questions asked. The 30 days runs from the day your account is fully configured and live, not the day of signup.
Monthly: cancel any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further payments are taken.
Annual: cancellation outside the 30-day guarantee window does not entitle you to a partial refund; the subscription runs to its full term.

The Service connects with third-party review platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, terms or behaviour of those platforms. Your use of any platform is governed by its own terms.
The Site, the Service, the CREATE name and logo, and all related software remain the property of CREATE. You retain ownership of any content (including reviews) submitted by your customers, but grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the Service.
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business or reputation.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our customers, or third parties. Where practical we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
